• You agree to provide timely information, access, and cooperation necessary for us to deliver the Services.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms, fees, and billing cycles will be specified in individual agreements or invoices.
• Late payments may incur interest charges or suspension of Services until payment is received.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be charged as required by law.

5. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement.
• Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, POLARTEC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.
• Our total liability for any claims relating to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

• Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that our Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements unless explicitly agreed in writing.

8. Termination
